Orchestra practice
The participant‘s orchestra will practice everyday. During the Musikferien works for string orchestra will be studied, which will then be performed at the evening concerts and the final concert at the end of the Musikferien.
The main composition to be studied by the orchestra at the Musikferien 2024 is:
Gustav Holst – St. Paul’s Suite op.29/2
In particular, our young participants will be able to experience work in an orchestra and, after intensive rehearsals with the orchestra, to perform successfully in public.
We hope to be able to offer the participants of the piano, violin and cello courses an opportunity to play the solo part of a concert with the orchestra.Â
